嘉益螺絲股份有限公司創立於民國五十年，為便利服務客戶，於民國五十一年設立協益機械工廠(民國六十九年更改名稱為嘉益螺絲工廠)，從產品的生產、製造到銷售，均能一貫作業，以達到品質控制和交貨準時之服務目標。
本公司系列產品以電子、電腦、電器類螺絲為主，為提升產品之製造水準，特於民國六十年起自日本引進NHK螺絲模具，並自行從事模具的研究開發與製造。之後，更引進多衝模螺絲製造機器，進一步提升特殊螺絲之製造能力。
優良的產品品質，是本公司一貫嚴求的目標，為能嚴格控制產品之品質，在生產過程中，除採用基本之螺絲檢驗程序外，並購進日本NHK「全自動高速螺絲選別機」，以達到全自動化使用之品管要求。

CHIA YI SCREW CO.,LTD was founded in 1961 and SHIEW YI MACHINERY FACTORY(rename as CHIA YI SCREW FACTORY in 1980) in 1962 to facilitate services for the customers─to accomplish a consistent operation from the production / manufacture to the sales so as to the goal of quality control and delivery on time.
We specialize in manufacturing screws for electronics, computer products and electrical appliances. In order to promote our manufacturing level, we have been introducing NHK screw punch from Japan since 1971 and have engaged in punch R&D and manufacture. Ever since then, we also introduced 2 die 4 blow cool header for manufacturing screws to further advance our ability in manufacturing special screws.
To produce the best quality of products has always been the NO.1 goal to us. In order to achieve the goal of rigid quality control, in addition to basic screw inspection procedures, we have added NHK ”Fastener Selector FS0635” to our Q.C. line.
